A first hold (pencil hold) must be confirmed 72 hours prior to start date (if not confirmed before). Once confirmed it is subject to a cancellation fee.
You must release the booking prior to the cancellation period (outlined below) in order to avoid a cancellation fee.
Cancellation
Cancellation within 48 hours of a confirmed booking incurs a cancellation fee of 50% of the agreed rate. Cancellation within 24 hours incurs a cancellation fee of 100%.
Monday bookings and bookings that fall after public holidays must be released the working day/s prior.
In Your Suite
As a freelancer in your suite, I am not responsible for backing up any projects or data.
In My Suite
The grading project will be backed up and stored for 12 months.
I am not under any obligation to provide the Davinci Resolve project, unless this has been requested prior to commencing the grade.
I will store your footage for 60 days after the date of release of the project. If the project needs to be picked up later than this date, the footage will need to be resupplied.
